Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, Bougie Cookie Company does not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where a product quality issue is directly attributable to Bougie Cookie Company.
If you believe you have received a product with a quality issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Bougie Cookie Company reserves the right to determine at our sole discretion whether a quality issue qualifies for a refund or store credit. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
