Because our cookies may contain chocolate, fillings, or delicate toppings:
- We are not responsible for melting due to warm temperatures during shipping
- We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months
- Optional: Add ice packs (if you plan to offer this later 👀)
📍 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- Bougie Cookie Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

- If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly

- Please email us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number + clear photos of the package and product
- We will review and work with you on a resolution
