You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • For longer storage, cookies can be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival

Because our cookies may contain chocolate, fillings, or delicate toppings:

  • We are not responsible for melting due to warm temperatures during shipping
  • We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months
  • Optional: Add ice packs (if you plan to offer this later 👀)

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Bougie Cookie Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed

💔 Damaged Orders

We take pride in packaging your cookies securely, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number + clear photos of the package and product
  • We will review and work with you on a resolution

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges
